Sardine with all

Ingredients:
1 Can of sardines in olive oil 1 Egg 2 baby carrots 3 New potatoes 1 small onion 2 Brussels sprouts 1 Cauliflower 1 Broccoli Salt

Method:
Boil all the vegetables in the same waterseas oned with salt. As the vegetables cook, remove them to not anneal. Bake the egg apart. Plating all ingredients and sprinkle with olive oil from the can.  

Spring Rolls

Ingredients:
1 Can of sardines in olive oil
3Rice leaves
Rice Noodles
1 Cucumber
1 Carrot
¼ Red cabbage
½ Yellow pepper
Sweet and sour sauce


Method:
Place the noodle sin a bowl, cover with boiling water and slightly unleash the noodles with a fork.
After 3 minutes, drain the pasta and passthrough coldwater.
Cut the peppers, carrots and red cabbage into thin strips and the cucumber into slices.
Place the rice leafin a recipient with water until soft.
In the center place the sardine and over lap the remaining ingredients.
Fold the sheet over the filling and then thesides, tightening the wrap and the content.
Repeat the process on the remaining leaves of rice.
Serve immediately accompanied the sweet and sour sauce and chopped chives.

Sardine Salad with Vegetables

Ingredients:
1 Can of sardines in olive oil
1 Tomato
½ Yellowpepper
1 Cucumber
1 Lemon
Saltandpepper
Chopped Chive


Method:
Mincethetomato, pepperandcucumber, draintheoilfromthesardines can.
In a bowl combine alltheingredientsandthelemonjuice, seasonwithsaltandpepper.
Garnish with chopped chives.

Sardines Ceviche

Ingredients:
1 Sardine can ontomato
½ Tomato
½ Redonion
½ Yellowpepper
½ Cupofredcabbage
½ Courgette
½ Cucumber
1 HotChilli
Vinegar
Salt and pepper


Method:
Draintheoilfromthe can andsetaside.
Chopallingredientsandputin a bowlwiththesardines.
Seasonwithsalt, pepper, vinegarandoliveoildrainedfromthe can,andmixwell.
Placethemixturein a form, unmoldonto a plateanddecorate.

Sardine Cookies

Ingredients:
300g Sliced potatoes
1 Can of sardines in spicy olive oil
½ Cup of wheat flour
Chopped parsley
1 Lemon (zest and juice)
Salt and pepper
Mix of lettuces
Mayonnaise
Oil
Method:
Cook the potatoes until well cooked. In a bowl undo the sardines and mix with half the zest and the lemon juice.
Knead the potatoes and mix with the previous mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Form sardine cookies with floured hands and fry in a nonstick skillet with a little olive oil until golden and crispy.
Serve with spiced mayonnaise with chopped parsley and the remaining zest and lemon juice.
Serve with the mixture of lettuces.

Sardines Wrap

Ingredients:
1 Wrap
1 Can of sardines in olive oil
Lettuce
1 Tomato
½ Red Onion
½ Carrot
Method:
Prepare the ingredients cutting the carrots into thin strips, the tomato and the onion in slices.
Place all ingredients in the center of the wrap, ending with sardines.
Roll the wrap using slight pressure in the ingredients.

Tomato Rice with Sardines

Ingredients:
1 Sardine can on tomato
½ Onion
1 Ripe tomato without seeds
1 Measure rice
3 Water measures
Salt
Parsley


Method:
Mince the onion very thin and braise in the oil drained from the can.
Add the diced tomatoes and let it cook a bit more.
Add the rice and fry lightly. Add water and seasoning with salt.
Cook for about 18 minutes.
Add chopped parsley to the sardines and serve immediately.

Rice Noodles with Sardines

Ingredients:
Rice Noodles
1 Sardine can on spicy olive oil
½ Yellow pepper
½ orange pepper
½ Tomato
1 Hot chilli
Chive


Method:
Place the noodles in a bowl, cover with boiling water and slightly unleash the noodles with a fork.
After 3 minutes, drain the pasta and pass through cold water.
In a bowl, place the noodles, add the peppers and tomatoes cut into cubes.
Mix everything well and season with olive oil drained from the can.
Add the sardines and finish with pepper and chopped chives.

Pinhais Sandwich

Ingredients:
3 Slices of bread without crust
Mayonnaise to spread
1 Tablespoon ketchup
2 eggs
Can of sardines in spicy tomato
½ Chopped onion
1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
French fries


Method:
In a bowl, mix the contents of the can with the chopped onion and the ketchup.
Make a paste and set aside.
Beat the eggs, seasoning with salt and make a thin omelet (without bending) in a nonstick skillet.
Spread a slice of bread with mayonnaise, place the omelet, sardine paste and slices of cucumber.
Repeat the process until you have three overlapping slices.
With a knife trim the ends and cut the sandwich into four.
Serve with chips.  

Sardines Torricado

Ingredients:
1 Rustic bread slice
1 Red onion
½ Yellow pepper
1 Can of sardines in olive oil
Olives
Lettuce
1 Tomato


Method:
At the base of bread, place the onion thinly sliced.
Overlap the sardines and the pepper into fine strips.
Add sliced olives over the sardines and decorate with sesame seeds (optional).
Sprinkle the Torricado with olive oil from the can and serve with lettuce and tomato.
