3 Slices of bread without crust
Mayonnaise to spread
1 Tablespoon ketchup
Can of sardines in spicy tomato
½ Chopped onion
1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
In a bowl, mix the contents of the can with the chopped onion and the ketchup.
Make a paste and set aside.
Beat the eggs, seasoning with salt and make a thin omelet (without bending) in a nonstick skillet.
Spread a slice of bread with mayonnaise, place the omelet, sardine paste and slices of cucumber.
Repeat the process until you have three overlapping slices.
With a knife trim the ends and cut the sandwich into four.
Serve with chips.
